Overview

As a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer at UpGuard, you will play a critical role in enabling our product engineering teams to move faster and more safely by owning the platforms, tools, and infrastructure that power our development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Strong software engineering foundation and developer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to influence engineering culture.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical approach to cloud cost optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
