• Join our growing tax team as a Senior Manager, Tax Strategy & Operations.
• Partner with the Tax Director on tax strategy initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional tax projects with various teams.
• Lead tax forecasting and modeling to support decision-making.
• Ensure tax data integrity across financial systems.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and implementation.
• Review contracts for tax implications.
• Identify and execute process improvements in tax operations.
• This role is remote, preferably for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

• Experience in tax strategy and operations.
• Strong understanding of M&A and corporate restructuring.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in tax forecasting and modeling.
• Experience with transfer pricing and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
