Requirements

• 2+ years of People Operations experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience administering benefits for a remote team.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and People Ops tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to engage in thoughtful conversations.
• Curiosity and a strong attention to detail.
• Empathy and a people-first mindset.
• Bonus: SHRM certification.
• Bonus: Experience with Gusto, Lattice, and Workable.
