In Short

• Lead branding/UI projects for a variety of clients in the B2B space
• Create brand identity and UI systems rooted in strategy from the ground up
• Keep a pulse on the latest brand design/UI trends and tools
• Build rapport with clients and team members
• Present and defend design decisions with expertise
• Work autonomously and self-structure your week
• Collaborate across teams for successful visual outputs
• Use Figma and Adobe Suite for design tasks
• Demonstrate experience with full brand identity systems
• Align with core values of Focus Lab

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in brand/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand and UI design experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work within EST collaboration hours
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience working with large clients
• Curiosity to understand client needs
• Empathic listening skills
• Initiative and self-motivation
• Familiarity with AI tools in design
