Focus Lab is a global B2B brand agency seeking a Brand/UI Designer to create original, strategic, and high-quality design work that helps clients connect with their audiences through meaningful visual identities.

In Short

• Create strategic, original, industry-leading visual work for brands and digital products
• Ensure all visuals align with project strategy and client goals
• Lead clients through visual storytelling and branding decisions
• Present and defend design decisions to high-level client stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal team through critique, feedback, and brainstorms
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Organize workflow and meet weekly delivery goals
• Participate in shaping internal design culture and improving work processes
• Work hours ideally between 6am–2pm Eastern Time

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and UI design work
• Experience in visual storytelling and strategic design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in design tools and software
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
