Brand Designer - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Brand Designer at Gitpod. Reporting to our Head of Product Marketing, you'll help make Gitpod's brand exceptional and accelerate our presence in the CDE space. This role is focused on fundamentally enhancing how Gitpod interacts with its users and our industry through all mediums.

In Short

• Leverage and iterate upon Gitpod’s design system, ensuring consistency across every channel.
• Create design assets for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Design assets for internal and external learning, promoting self-service.
• Drive the evolution of Gitpod’s visual brand through supporting strategy and execution.
• Gain a deep understanding of our existing design system and assess improvements.
• Review existing design templates and prioritize new template creation.
• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create a 60-90 day plan focused on improving lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience with previous work on technical products.
• Ability to draw, illustrate, or animate.
• Side projects showing passion for design.
• Bonus: Fine arts background, strong illustration skills, or animation experience.
