Overview

Cribl is looking for a Brand Designer to elevate its brand through creative work in digital campaigns, content marketing, and events, while fostering a fun and collaborative work environment.

In Short

• Create and execute creative concepts that perform.

Requirements

• 5 years of visual design experience, preferably in B2B startups.
• Strong design portfolio with diverse projects; motion design is a plus.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
• Organized and process-oriented.
• Willingness to experiment and take risks.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• A solid sense of humor.
