Head of Customer Experience - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Head of Customer Experience to support our global customers by building and leading our entire Customer Experience function.

In Short

• Own a comprehensive strategy for customer implementation, onboarding, and support.
• Maintain deep understanding of the technical landscape and developer workflows.
• Collaborate with finance on account risks and opportunities.
• Develop and empower your team to build trust and resolve conflicts.
• Proactively plan and hire to support customer pipeline in the US and EMEA.
• Build out our support function from 0 to 1.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise software.
• Technical background to understand complex customer needs.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively address challenges.
• Experience leading early-stage Customer Experience teams.
• Strong network in key markets such as NY, SF, or London.
