Solutions Architect - EMEA - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Solutions Architect to support our EMEA customers, working directly with large enterprises to transform software development practices.

In Short

• Own technical success of enterprise customers post-sales.
• Design and implement Gitpod environments.
• Understand customer workflows and developer experience.
• Improve onboarding efficiency through tooling development.
• Develop documentation and resources for customer success.
• Deeply understand the product and its operations.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of account portfolios.
• Provide hands-on technical coaching.
• Drive automation of development practices.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience with technical personas (Developers, Architects).
• Expertise in platform engineering and developer productivity.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle tools.
• In-depth cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• High-growth startup experience.
• Willingness to travel to customers as needed.
