Requirements

• 12+ years pre-sales experience with technical products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer communication needs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Telecom and Contact Center solutions.
• Experience with sales methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical discipline.
• Previous experience working with partners.
