Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) to join our dynamic Professional Services organization. As ESA, you will have a direct impact in implementing and tailoring our Enterprise level customers with innovative and configurable solutions that span to both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

In Short

• Implementing Altium Enterprise solutions by analyzing customer environments.
• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Providing deep understanding of Altium’s products.
• Offering technical guidance on process optimizations.
• Creating Statements of Work (SOW) for proposed solutions.
• Collaborating with software engineers for customized solutions.
• Working with R&D to resolve technical gaps.
• Traveling to meet customers onsite monthly.
• Fluency in English; German is beneficial.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level customers.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in Enterprise Solutions Architecture or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ECAD software.
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with technical knowledge.
• Team player with effective relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English, with German beneficial for Europe.
