Overview

Insider is seeking a Solutions Architect to engage with technical decision-makers, support digital transformation, and ensure seamless onboarding for partners by leveraging technical expertise.

In Short

• Engage with customer technical decision-makers to support digital transformation.
• Run data workshops to align solutions with customer goals.
• Drive pilots and proof of concept (POC) for customer solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment.
• Engage product and support teams to resolve blockers.
• Guide customer strategy using best practices.
• Maintain deep technical relationships with senior IT executives.
• Communicate effectively to lead virtual teams.
• Possess extensive experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Have knowledge of development methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical deployment projects.
• Proven track record with senior IT executives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive technical experience with cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, and Database Technologies.
• Strong command of SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, and APIs.
