• Lead overall marketing strategy across Shopify DTC, TikTok, Social Media, Email, PR, and Affiliate programs
• Coordinate the marketing team, guide and unblock existing marketers
• Own TikTok Shop end to end, including listings and conversion optimisation
• Build systems and processes from scratch for marketing operations
• Plan and run integrated cross-channel campaigns
• Deliver weekly performance reporting to the founder
• Support the development of the marketing team as it grows

Requirements

• Experience in DTC/eCommerce marketing
• Ability to connect across marketing channels
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
