Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager at ParentSquare, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience during the implementation phase, ensuring clients are set up for success with our platform.

In Short

• Lead the implementation process for multiple clients/accounts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Oversee data migration and system configuration.
• Provide initial training for administrators.
• Manage internal tools for documentation and metrics.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Keep CRM updated with implementation status.
• Support customer training and documentation.
• Provide backup support for customer support desk.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer implementations, preferably in Edtech.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Experience with technology support for implementation.
• Familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
