Overview

As a Support Application Specialist at ParentSquare, you will provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer issues, contributing to our mission of enhancing family engagement in education.

In Short

  • Remote full-time position.
  • Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Efficiently resolve support issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products to assist customers.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with support application manager on SIS migrations.
  • Proven experience in a similar support role is required.
  • EDtech experience, particularly with SIS and technical integrations, is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Support Application Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn.
