Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will be responsible for taking brand-new clients and providing them with a best-in-class onboarding experience that sets them up for success and yielding high user adoption.

In Short

• Manage initial rollouts for new CreatorIQ Clients.
• Own implementation success from assignment to CSM handoff.
• Identify implementation challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Provide social insights and recommendations to support clients.
• Design and configure the CreatorIQ solution for client requirements.
• Identify and inventory Client process pain points.
• Assist internal teams to support business growth.
• Perform varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment.
• Apply CreatorIQ methodology and leading practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software or implementation.
• Experience and passion for social media technology.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and create processes.
• Capable of training clients in complex ideas.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
• Adaptable in changing environments.
• High EQ and a startup mentality.
