• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while driving efficient hiring practices.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with global HR peers to ensure consistency in people programs.
• Coach hiring managers to enhance recruiting effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee key programs to ensure smooth integration for new team members.
• Support the full team member life cycle with fairness and care.
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives that advance a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to guide transitions and ensure clear communication.
• Promote CreatorIQ’s HR values in all decisions and relationships.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive global HR experience.
• Proven experience leading talent acquisition strategies and teams.
• Proficiency in HR systems like Ashby and BambooHR.
• Working knowledge of immigration processes and compliance.
• Deep understanding of employment law and employee relations.
• Adept at using people data to inform strategy.
• Strong business acumen with empathy and execution.
• Passion for building trust and helping people perform at their best.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating across time zones.
• Demonstrated strength in people development and program management.
