Director of Talent - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Talent, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for our quickly scaling company. Operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruiting strategy, fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional “customers”, and leveraging data to enhance our hiring processes.

• Lead the Recruiting Function: partner with VP People to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for both technical and non-technical recruiting.
• Optimize the Recruiting Function: ensure the recruiting function is efficient, effective, and capable of meeting hiring demands.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: leverage data and analytics to drive improvements in hiring velocity.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand talent needs.
• Technology and AI Integration: explore and implement new technologies to streamline processes.
• Employer Brand Recognition: build and enhance our employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Strategic and Tactical Leadership: demonstrate the ability to set strong strategies while also being able to dive into the weeds.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.
• Proven success scaling hiring in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience designing and operationalizing recruiting processes that are data-driven.
• Extensive experience in driving automation and efficiencies through AI and technology.
• Deep technical knowledge and a strong network across engineering, product, and design.
• Proven success in building out employer branding strategies.
• Strong proficiency in ATS platforms.
• Willingness to lead in a hands-on, high-performance environment.
• Passion for developing and mentoring team members.
• Expertise in leveraging data and industry benchmarks.
