Overview

We are seeking a visionary Sr. Director, Talent, who will lead and evolve an integrated talent strategy aligned with strategic goals, working closely with our Chief People Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 15+ years of human resource experience, particularly in leadership and talent development.
• Experience evolving a talent strategy and culture.
• Experience in leadership roles during change (growth, restructure, M&A).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
