Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.

In Short

• Leading and delivering the strategic Talent Science project roadmap using exceptional project management capability.
• Leveraging expertise to design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems.
• Ensuring all talent selection initiatives map to high performance outcomes.
• Designing professional processes and frameworks for efficient delivery.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop analytical capabilities.
• Acting as a credible and trusted adviser in the absence of the Head of Talent Science.
• Working closely with company leaders to communicate the vision for talent.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a people-based subject.
• Significant experience with talent outcomes in corporate settings, preferably in technology or consulting.
• Deep understanding of career frameworks and talent selection criteria.
• Advanced analytical ability using SQL, R, and/or Python.
• Results-driven with strong project management skills.
• Leadership experience and commitment to strategic objectives.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for company events.
