Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Data Engineer to join our quickly growing Analytics team. This role will be responsible for expanding and improving our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and MDM for cross functional teams.

• Design, develop, and operate large-scale data pipelines to support internal and external consumers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years professional Data Engineering and Data warehousing experience.
• Strong implementation experience in Python, Parquet, Spark, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake.
• SQL development knowledge including stored procedures and complex queries.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing techniques.
• Knowledge of various data modelling techniques.
• Experience with BI visualization tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior financial industry experience is a plus.
