Senior Technical Writing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Technical Writing Specialist is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. This role involves planning, organizing, writing, and editing software documentation and manuals, while maintaining a comprehensive library of technical terminology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or technology environments.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like MadCap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker.
• Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools.
• Ability to write and edit complex technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
