Core Integration Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst for the Software Integration Services (SIS) team, you will use your strong knowledge of core integration to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements.

In Short

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders including Developers, Trainers, and Clients.
• Scope project requirements and document risks related to core integration requests.
• Work with clients and internal teams to resolve integration obstacles.
• Act as liaison for implementation of new core system integrations.
• Maintain SIS documentation and manage core integration tracker files.
• Monitor project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to accelerate project delivery.
• Assist with triaging tickets and training new team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a technical team lead or analyst for Banking Core Systems implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of banking core system integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and document business processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• Basic competence in at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with SQL and Azure Application Insights preferred.
