Overview

The Integration Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data integration use cases involving IBM ITX, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data integration.
• Interpret and map HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets to system data models.
• Work closely with solution architects to define interface specifications.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents, Data Mapping Specs, and interface control documents.
• Support ITX developers in translating business requirements into technical design artifacts.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure integration requirements are met.
• Participate in UAT support and post-deployment validation.

Requirements

• Experience with business analysis and technical requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of IBM ITX and HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets.
• Ability to prepare Functional Requirement Documents and Data Mapping Specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conducting gap analysis and impact analysis.
