Overview

As an Integration Analyst within the Technical Services department, you will assist in launching top brands onto our Network by providing high-level Technical Support during the Integration Process.

In Short

• Provide detailed Technical Integration Support to clients.
• Act as a liaison between client marketing and technical teams.
• Isolate errors and provide feedback on solutions.
• Contribute to monthly Integration Team targets.
• Review team members' work for technical sign-off.
• Report technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Administer a knowledge base for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication skills with customer service experience.
• Understanding of web languages: HTML, SQL, JavaScript, PHP.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT-related degree or relevant work experience.
