Integration Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Integrations Analyst, you will be responsible for being a key member of the team that establishes data review with our partner practices in order to drive population health insights.

In Short

• Execute milestones that are part of integration project’s lifecycle.
• Create new project tickets in JIRA.
• Reconcile invoices and analyze reports.
• Work alongside integrations managers and stakeholders.
• Interact with customers including market leads and EHR vendors.
• Manage a high volume of projects related to interfaces.
• Refine processes with the ability to scale.
• Demonstrate basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT.
• Provide professional verbal and written communication.
• Accept constructive feedback and adapt to changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience in the integration field or as a business analyst.
• Associate Degree.
• Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service skills including active listening and empathy.
• Characteristics of a team player.
