Overview

As a Global Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in launching major brands on our network by providing high-level technical support throughout the integration process.

In Short

• Assist clients during their integration into the network with detailed technical support.
• Provide clear and precise technical advice.
• Quickly identify errors in configurations and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate and manage objections related to non-compliant configurations.
• Contribute to achieving monthly integration team goals.
• Verify and validate the work of other team members.
• Report technical issues or bugs and escalate if necessary.
• Manage an internal and external knowledge base.
• Test new features and developments.
• Develop skills for higher responsibility positions over time.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• Entry-level candidates accepted; internships are a plus.
• Good understanding of web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent analytical skills with a holistic view.
• Strong communication skills, ideally with customer service experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Constant focus on improving productivity and quality of work.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Aptitude for effective collaboration within a team.
