Business Analyst (Data Integration) - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions, analyzing business problems, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions to address various challenges.

In Short

• Collaborate within a cross-function digital team.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to propose and document solutions.
• Define end-to-end user stories for frontend and backend development.
• Conduct detailed analysis and facilitate requirements elicitation.
• Analyze and map platform data to AOL across lenders.
• Collaborate with Agile teams in remote and on-site settings.
• Provide BAU support, including helpdesk ticket resolution.

Requirements

• 2 years of Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum.
• Essential data integrations experience/knowledge.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Able to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with Nextgen ApplyOnline platform (preferred).
• Familiarity with XML and technical documentation (preferred).
• Solid understanding of the home loan application lifecycle (preferred).
