Requirements

  • A background in sales, retail, or customer service.
  • An interest in pursuing a career in the real-estate industry.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Confident handling objections and guiding conversations with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Self-motivated and driven to hit (and exceed) targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales technology (Salesforce experience is a plus).
