Appointment Setter - Remote

Overview

One of our clients is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role aligned with US business hours (9–5 PM EST). If you are persuasive, organized, and energized by outreach, this opportunity may be a great fit.

In Short

• Source and qualify leads based on clear criteria
• Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email
• Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team
• Manage and update the sales funnel on a daily basis
• Collaborate with leadership on scripts and outreach improvements
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to your supervisor
• Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting or online sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with funnel management and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Consultative, value-driven approach to outreach
• Comfortable working 9–5 PM EST (remote, full-time)
• At least B2-level conversational English
