Business Data Analyst I - Remote

Overview

As a Business Data Analyst I at Experian, you will collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights, contributing to the overall improvement of data quality and business processes.

In Short

• Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights.
• Establish and review metrics, Service level agreements, thresholds, and escalation procedures.
• Build and present dashboards to audiences.
• Monitor and improve overall data quality.
• Review and validate data for accuracy.
• Define and document ongoing process changes and improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis.
• Work closely with internal clients and external vendors.
• Aggregate and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience documenting data flows and processes.
• 1+ years of hands-on SQL development.
• Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis.
