Business Analyst (Data) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to act as a critical liaison between our Clients and the Rackspace technical delivery team. The BA will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements related to data ingestion, processing, storage, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating standard BA artifacts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
• Understanding of data modeling principles.
