• Lead tax strategy development and implementation across the organization.

• Manage tax authority audits and examinations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax experience.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy tax incentives.
• Strong technical abilities in tax compliance and reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
