• Lead the design, execution, and scale of learning and talent development programs.
• Serve as the enterprise lead for Learning & Development.
• Manage and coach a high-performing L&D team.
• Oversee the evolution of AHEAD's L&D systems.
• Establish a consistent approach to L&D program design and evaluation.
• Serve as a strategic learning partner to ACS leadership.
• Design and launch AHEAD Consulting University (ACU).
• Ensure learning is embedded into daily workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous development.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred.
• Proven success in managing and developing teams.
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with leadership development programs.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and vendor management.
