In Short

• Executes IT transition and transformation activities for Managed Services.
• Defines and manages project workstreams and schedules.
• Reviews contracts and coordinates client communications.
• Drives project plan development and execution.
• Manages project execution including scope and risk assessment.
• Identifies and resolves project issues and risks.
• Plans project communications for timely information distribution.
• Ensures adherence to AHEAD’s standards and policies.
• Acts as a customer advocate during transitions.
• Documents ITSM processes for client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Understands IT Project Management principles and standards.
• Proficient in Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
• Requires judgment and initiative in decision-making.
• Exercises discretion on business matters.
• Assists in developing process documentation.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• 2-4 years of relevant IT Project Management experience.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
