Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting role for a Project Manager to work in a high performing team with multiple clients in multiple therapy areas, supporting the management of projects end to end.

• Manage high value client projects in collaboration with the Project Director.
• Review brand materials and generate clarifying questions for client discussion.
• Conduct interviews with Senior level leadership across top Pharma companies.
• Ensure field execution excellence with Project Coordinator and Field Leads.
• Track project completion and provide updates to clients.
• Build project-specific presentations for training Field Specialists.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify best practices for project delivery.
• Conduct project presentations to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Studies / Life Sciences).
• 1+ year experience in STEM Analysis, Field Specialist, or Project Coordinator roles.
• Experience managing significant projects end to end.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
