The Director of Talent Development at Acumatica plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and retention by developing and executing talent development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
• 3+ years working with C-Suite or Executives.
• Expertise in change management and leadership development.
• Strong background in Organizational Psychology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-oriented with analytical skills.
• Project management skills for multiple initiatives.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring talent.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
