Director of IT Business Systems - Remote

Overview

The Director, IT Business Systems will lead systems strategy and roadmap for each CXO functional area, managing the IT Project Management Office (PMO) in a high-growth environment.

• Lead the IT PMO and define a phased roadmap for enterprise technology strategy.

• Maintain the IT roadmap and project status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management practices.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional business systems strategy.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL best practices.
• Experience in financial management for IT initiatives.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and build structure.
