• Lead the development, management, and optimization of core business systems.
• Focus on NetSuite and Salesforce for business operations.
• Oversee inventory management and order-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of business systems analysts.
• Drive system roadmaps and ensure alignment with business strategies.
• Monitor system performance and implement best practices.
• Lead projects related to system implementations and enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience managing business systems with a focus on NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite, especially in inventory management.
• Strong background in Salesforce administration and integration.
• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in the venture-backed/startup/tech space.
