Director, Talent Development - Remote

Overview

As Marqeta’s Director, Talent Development, you will lead the Team to develop and execute Marqeta’s learning and talent development strategy. A key focus of this role is ensuring that the products and solutions delivered by the team are exceptionally simple, intuitive, and easy for our business partners to implement, enabling seamless integration into the flow of work and driving employee development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Planning and Learning & Development.
• Proven ability to design and execute talent strategies.
• Skilled in simplifying complex topics.
• Experience in designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences.
• Comfortable applying a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
• Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships across all levels.
