In Short

• Take real ownership, from scrappy sketches to polished prototypes to shipped features.
• Be the Design Lead within a tight product trio (Product + Engineering + You).
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product to simplify workflows and remove friction.
• Partner with developers throughout the build process to ensure quality and fidelity to design.
• Help evolve and maintain our Design System as a living foundation for speed and consistency.
• Run usability tests, talk to real humans, and push for insights that improve the work.
• Collaborate with Product on research plans and interviews.
• Spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help shape product strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing for B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in UX/UI patterns and know when to follow them and when to break them.
• Ability to map user flows quickly and prototype effectively.
• Experience working in Agile squads and collaborating with engineers.
• Understanding of front-end tech to ground designs in reality.
• Clear communication skills, especially asynchronously.
• Passionate about solving real user problems.
• Curious, self-driven, and low-ego.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams.
