In Short

• Own features from early concept through shipped product, including research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Lead visual and motion design work across web and mobile.
• Manage and evolve the Figma component library and design system.
• Design for complexity; making dense information intuitive and accessible.
• Assist in user research with a data-informed perspective.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership.
• Bring an ethical, experimentation-based perspective on AI in design.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience managing design systems and component libraries (Figma proficiency expected).
• Motion design sensibility.
• Experience designing products that simplify complex information.
• Fluency with lean research methods.
• Comfort working across native mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A point of view on AI in design workflows.
