• Lead and control multiple projects in a fast-paced environment simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan outlining project goals, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures for client onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to customize global onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Implement quality control processes for project deliverables.
• Resolve risks and issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as an Implementation Manager or Customer Onboarding Manager.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in HR with understanding of global HR processes.
• Proven experience in problem-solving and adaptability.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to drive accountability and navigate objections.
