Global Training Senior Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Training Sr Manager to support our global training efforts. This critical role reports to the VP of Talent and will ensure that our employees and stakeholders are educated and compliant with key legal, health, safety, organizational, and departmental requirements.

In Short

• Align with Department leaders to create a global training structure.
• Establish scalable processes for training deployment and updates.
• Determine build or buy approach for training requirements.
• Work with Department Leaders to identify goals and needs.
• Partner with legal, compliance, HR, and support teams.
• Determine effective methods for delivering training.
• Oversee the implementation of training platforms.
• Select and manage relationships with external training vendors.
• Track and report on global training completion rates.
• Ensure accurate documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance training or related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale training programs.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and training technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
