Senior Manager, Global Tax - Remote

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join Infoblox as a Senior Manager of Global Tax, managing all aspects of domestic and international tax compliance and planning.

In Short

• Manage tax compliance for domestic and international operations.
• Review and prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions.
• Manage U.S. and Canada R&D credits and transfer pricing studies.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage tax audits.
• Research tax issues and communicate implications.
• Assist with tax-related analysis and special projects.
• Develop and mentor tax staff.
• Manage third-party tax resources.

Requirements

• 15+ years of tax-related experience with a multinational company or public accounting firm.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting for tax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
• Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in change management.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA and/or MST preferred.
