In Short

• Oversee tax and compliance functions.
• Build new processes and improve existing ones.
• Direct Federal and State tax reporting requirements.
• Monitor tax regulatory developments and document impacts.
• Prepare and review tax return calculations.
• Drive improvements to the company's tax position.
• Manage cash and investments, debt, and treasury compliance.
• Facilitate treasury system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Assist with financial reporting and analytical support.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of tax and/or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
