Overview

An exciting opportunity to join Infoblox as a Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to customers and enhancing their experience.

In Short

  • Provide remote technical support for Infoblox customers and partners
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Document knowledge in the form of tech notes and articles
  • Recommend solutions to enhance application and systems functionality
  • Use intuition and innovation to provide solutions for customers
  • Install and configure Infoblox products for support lab testing
  • Support a 24x7x365 organization by working rotational shifts

Requirements

  • 18+ months of experience with remote technical support and systems administration
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
  • Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and related technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of operating systems such as Microsoft/Linux
  • Working knowledge of L2 and L3 devices
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required
