In Short

  • Conduct training needs assessments through job analysis and collaboration.
  • Design and develop training programs and materials.

  • Manage performance gaps with targeted training solutions.
  • Develop a robust onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain a Learning Management System for training content.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors.
  • Manage the training budget effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR or related field.
  • 10+ years of training experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales and service processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong cross-functional relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to lead strategic discussions with management.
