Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience training customers on technical software solutions.
• Experience in the enterprise software space.
• Relevant experience with the public sector, law enforcement preferred.
• Ability to empathetically listen and synthesize user feedback.
• Strong presentation and organization skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
