Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The AP Analyst supports Company’s global payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice posting, vendor payments, and collaboration with Treasury on AP payments. This role is flexible, allowing remote work within the Latin Americas region or a hybrid model in Colombia.

In Short

• Maintain AP master data and records for compliance.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts payable data.
• Control adherence to invoice match processes.
• Register invoices in payment systems according to tax requirements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare payment runs.
• Prepare financial documents for external accountants.
• Participate in month-end close processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve business processes.
• Respond to accounts payable inquiries.
• Work in a people-centric, global organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Experience in the Services industry and global operations is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Tax knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.
